The thing with blogs is that people can comment—good or bad


So you want to try using a blog to engage with your customers.  That’s great!  Don’t forget, however, that blogs are interactive and people out there in the world can respond to what you write.  Here’s a great article from INC. on how to deal with the comments you might draw.
